Bach Through the Trees
Forest-Bach was composed for the Cipriani Film Music Competition 2022. The score takes Bach's two Minuets in G as its source material — not as quotation or homage, but as raw material for transformation. The two pieces are elaborated for two pianos and electronics, layered and processed until the original surface dissolves into something that belongs equally to the forest footage and to the logic of the source.
